Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. Some COD orders may be verified before dispatch.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try our best to help. Once it’s packed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If your return is eligible, you can initiate a return and place a fresh order for the piece you prefer.
When can I request a return?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number and an unboxing video.
How will I receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit.
About the Jewellery
Is it water resistant?
Yes, our pieces are water resistant for normal daily exposure like hand washing or light splashes.
However, unnaturally prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, perfumes, sweat buildup, or harsh chemicals can affect the finish over time. We recommend avoiding extended contact and wiping your pieces dry after exposure.
Will it tarnish?
Our jewellery is highly tarnish-resistant thanks to stainless steel and 18K Gold PVD coating. Under normal daily wear, it should retain its shine beautifully.
That said, unnaturally prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, chlorine, sweat buildup, or harsh chemicals, along with improper care, can lead to tarnishing over time.
We especially recommend gently wiping charms and detailed pieces dry after water exposure to maintain their shine longer.
A little care goes a long way.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
304 and 316 stainless steel are generally considered gentle and low-reactive metals. However, everyone’s skin is different, so individual sensitivities may vary.

How should I store my jewellery?
Store your pieces in a dry place, away from moisture and direct contact with perfumes or chemicals.
How do I clean it?
Use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after use, especially after water exposure.
