Refund policy

At Zhianka, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. As a small business holding limited inventory, we maintain a structured return policy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a defective product
• You receive an incorrect item

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection at the time of purchase
• Minor variations in colour, finish, or detailing
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Refusal of delivery

Return Request Window

A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

• Order number
• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for return:

• The item must be unused
• In original packaging
• With tags intact (if any)
• Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Zhianka reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:

• Initiate a return request (if eligible)
• Once approved, place a new order separately

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom made pieces
• Items purchased during sale or promotional events

Return Approval & Pickup

If your request is approved:

• We will arrange reverse pickup where serviceable
• In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship the product

Return shipping costs may be adjusted against the final refund or store credit amount where applicable.

Refund Policy

We offer:

Refunds or store credits are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Refusal (COD)

If a confirmed COD order is refused at delivery:

• Future COD eligibility may be restricted
• Zhianka reserves the right to cancel subsequent COD orders
