At Zhianka, every piece is packed with care and dispatched with intention. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Some pieces may be assembled in-house and may require up to 3 business days before dispatch.
• You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
During launches or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.
Shipping Timelines
We currently ship across India only.
• Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Metro cities may receive orders sooner
• Remote areas may take slightly longer
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders
• A nominal fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD orders may be subject to confirmation via call or message before dispatch
• Zhianka reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders
• Refusal of a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery may result in restriction from future COD purchases
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your order.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
Zhianka is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Unavailability
• Repeated delivery failure
• Refusal of delivery
Re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the packaging and product along with your order number
Claims raised beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, Zhianka is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
